We provide Virtual Customer Support opportunities to people who want to work remote. We are always seeking experienced customer service, call center, virtual support reps, administrative professionals interested in customer satisfaction & administrative working from home. If you like guiding and helping others find answers, then we could definitely use your help as a virtual support professional working from your home. This is a third party 1099 opportunity. It involves using your home computer and remotely answering inbound phone and/or video calls and live chats over the internet from your home office to assist individuals with customer related support questions as they have issues. Training and Certification start in a few weeks with a variety of times available during the day and evening that may fit your schedule. Other opportunities to service are also available to choose from based on your strengths and preferences.
As a heads up, these positions require a home office set-up. Certain client programs may have additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in our job descriptions and tech specs document. These additional requirements are reviewed in the Opportunity Announcement for the client program you select.
Our ILCS VIRTUAL SUPPORT ALL-IN-ONE Tech Doc includes the following technical requirements: details regarding the minimum requirements for PC/MAC, accessories, software and internet/phone service providers, lists the Dos and Don’ts for items such as headsets, security software and other equipment, ASD (Assigned Secure Desktop), an overview of a tool designed to temporarily convert a PC into a “servicing station”, VGS (Virtual Gateway System), overview of a call routing system that helps improve consistency and efficiency for client programs, detailed information about the PC Scan and Results.
Note: Service Partners and their agents servicing client programs that route calls through the VGS system will need to be able to dial long distance on their service lines (outside of the 786-area code) which may result in long distance charges.
Bulk or unlimited long-distance service plans are recommended and available from most carriers to avoid per-minute charges.

You may need interpreting services for multiple forums, including large conferences, informal meetings, legal proceedings, medical appointments, live interactions, and phone calls. Interpreters can substantially help participants who don't speak or understand the primary language. ILCS can provide in-person, video, or phone-based interpreters for your engagements to ensure a positive experience for your participants and a productive interaction for all.
ILCS LLC is our specialized remote interpreter group that provides over-the-phone interpretation (OPI) services, allowing you to overcome any language barrier within seconds. While many leading OPI companies use networks of overseas or at-home interpreters, the vast majority of calls that ILCS handles are routed to our US-based call centers in TEXAS. We can serve as your primary OPI workforce or flex to accommodate your workforce overflow.
Coupling our over-the-phone Interpretation service with other language services allows us to support your complete organization’s identity to ensure interactions with your brand are consistent regardless of the engagement.
With an advanced web-access video service, ILCS’s VIDEO REMOTE INTERPRETATION(VRI) SOLUTIONS enable voice, voice/video conference, and group collaboration sessions between client representatives, qualified language interpreters, and non-English-speaking customers or stakeholders.
ILCS’s VRI solutions are completely device-independent, and connections can be made virtually anywhere and on any device with an internet connection, including desktop and laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones.
Onsite interpreting stands as the most robust and effective method of interpretation. Onsite interpreting allows an interpreter to communicate not just the words spoken, but the body language, the tone and facial expressions, and the subtle nuances involved in all communication.
Consecutive interpretation is commonly used in one-on-one or small group settings to help facilitate interactions between people in two or more languages. One party speaks and pauses while the interpreter speaks, waits for a response, and then interprets the response back to the original speaker. We also have the technology to provide consecutive interpretation remotely when in-person interactions aren't possible. Our interpreters are experts in conveying meaning in an efficient and professional way

Simultaneous interpretation is generally used for large conferences and meetings, or in situations where two or more languages are required and the audience has mixed language requirements. Sometimes called UN-style interpretation, interpreters are isolated in booths and listen to the speaker through a headset. They speak the translation into a microphone, which is wirelessly transmitted to headsets worn by audience members.
Not every interpreter is capable of performing simultaneous conference interpretation—delivering this service requires highly trained and experienced interpreters as well as specialized equipment, which we can deliver. We also have the technology to support either on-site or remote simultaneous interpretation.
We provide escort/travel interpretation for patients seeking medical care in another country, travelers to foreign countries, and hosts for people from another country. This more informal type of service can be provided to an individual or a small group of people, with the idea of making people, destinations, and cultures accessible to anyone. Escort interpretation can be used for tours, sightseeing, traveling delegations, and interviews, and to help international visitors.
